Two buses carrying schoolchildren collided at a motorway junction.
Emergency services were called to the crash near Sarn Park motorway services at junction 36 of the M4, just before 16:00 GMT.
There were not believed to be any serious injuries, South Wales Police said.
The crash caused delays, including on the M4, and motorists were advised to avoid the area but the road is now clear.
Bridgend council said the children were unhurt and taken home in an alternative bus.
It said in a statement: “There was a minor collision between two vehicles in poor conditions.
“The children were transferred onto an alternative vehicle, and were taken home safely.”
