ARTHUR MILLER’S ” AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE ” ( SOUTHWARK, LONDON )

January 15 @ 19:30 - February 2 @ 21:30

Various.

DETAILS OF EVENT:

Originally written by Ibsen in 1882 and then adapted by the American playwright Arthur Miller in the 1950s, Miller’s AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE has not been staged professionally in London for nearly 30 years.  Miller adapted this work during the same period as writing The Crucible.  He brings razor sharp psychological precision to Ibsen’s timely thriller about a rebel scientist fighting to expose a corrupt regime and press.

A rare chance to see AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE based on Ibsen’s drama of free speech and fake news.  Adapted from a play by Henrik Ibsen.
